Wikitopia. A remarkable fact from the Wikipedia page on vandalism suggests that utopias are more or less possible on the earth:

A study by IBM found that most Wikipedia vandalism is reverted within five minutes.

"Reverted" means that the previous / unvandalised version of a page is restored by another user, an administrator, or (maybe, I'm not sure) an automated program. [0 & P]
